The Estrela Parish Council is the public institution responsible for governing the Estrela parish in Lisbon. It is an innovative entity within its peers and has already won international awards for projects that make a difference with associated technological innovation.
The challenge was to create a technological and disruptive presentation that would transport the audience to a futuristic universe through a story that would create empathy from the very first second.
Developing a script created according to the best storytelling techniques allowing for a presentation that thrills and generates empathy among the audience while being clear and easily understood at its most critical points, namely regarding budgets.
