In order to create a concept that would have real impact and that would be recognised as an extra value factor in the lives of all employees, we decided to draw inspiration from an element that, in its premise, would function as an aggregator of multiple assets and at the same time offer concrete benefits to all, with no distinction. We created Vitamina L, an in-house academy that offers training, lectures and other experiences with the aim of improving the life and work of the entire JMD team.
